She stepped out in a long glamorous gown the night before for the Les Miserables premiere in New York.
But the following day Amanda Seyfried decided to parade her slim pins for all to see.
The 27-year-old actress looked great in a Sixties-style black shift dress featuring gold embroidered detailing as she arrived for an appearance on The David Letterman Show in the Big Apple on Tuesday.

Adding a pair of sky-high black stilettos, the five foot three actress boosted her diminutive height and looked leggy in the short attire.
Amanda opted for barely any accessories during the outing and wore her long blonde hair out in a straight style.
She was appearing on the late night show to discuss her new movie as she continues her epic promotional trial.

The night before the Mamma Mia star had a stunning turn on the red-carpet at the premiere of the musical drama.
Compared to her co-star Anne Hathaway, who had worn bondage-style boots at the event, Amanda went for a more conventional look in a strapless gown featuring a gold embellished bust and black flowing skirt.
Amanda accentuated her tiny waist by cinching the ensemble in at the waist with a tortoiseshell belt.

The blonde beauty, who plays Fantine's daughter Cosette in the film, also wore her flaxen locks slicked back, but opted for a Heidi-style plaited bun.
The porcelain-skin star did a smokey eye and nude lipstick for make-up and wore gold studs in her ears.
The stunning Mamma Mia star posed on the red-carpet with both co-stars Sacha Baron Cohen, who plays the role of Monsieur Thenardier and Russell Crowe, who portrays Inspector Javert.

Meanwhile in a recent interview, Amanda said that every woman in the world wants to have sex with one of her other co-stars, Channing Tatum.
Amanda starred alongside the hunky actor in 2010 romantic drama Dear John and she admits he's been her favourite co-star because he's so handsome as well as being such a good husband to his wife Jenna Dewan.
She said: 'Channing was amazing. He's a superstar.

'Everybody wants to have sex with him. And the only person he wants to have sex with is his wife, Jenna. He's the most loyal husband.'
Amanda is currently single and says she finds it frustrating to be linked with every man she comes into contact with.
The blue-eyed beauty - who previously dated her Mamma Mia! co-star Dominic Cooper - told America's InStyle magazine: 'The thing is, I can't date anybody without it being portrayed as a serious relationship. It sucks! Like Josh Hartnett and I were friends; we hung out, we dated. I don't actually have sex with every male I come into contact with.'
