And yesterday Tulisa showed off the results of her somewhat unique 'eating plan' as she sported a sexy striped bikini on the beach in Ibiza.
The 23-year-old star was seen wearing a cute black and white two-piece as she soaked up the sunshine with friends while on her work break on the Spanish island.

Tulisa teamed her bikini with a pair of huge hoop earrings, wearing her long brown hair piled in a messy bun on top of her head.
And there wasn't an inch to pinch as Tulisa alternated her sunbathing with dips in the cool ocean and snacking on treats.

The X Factor judge said in a recnet interview that when it comes to nutrition and exercising, she 'doesn't actually try'.
She said: 'I eat whatever I want and I never go to the gym or work out. I’m just bloody lucky and I’ll carry on stuffing my face while I can get away with it.

'I’m slim but I’m jellified. I’m pure jelly! There’s no muscle there. I love food; it’s hard for me not to overindulge. I’ve got boobs and a bum so I’ll never be super-skinny.'
Tulisa was joined by some male friends and her PA Gareth Varey as she enjoyed the break, which came after she performed for Ibiza and Mallorca Live.
Although she is now heading back to the UK to perform at T4 On The Beach this weekend, she said she will definitely be making a return trip to Ibiza.
She said: 'Nooooooo I don't wana go home!!!!!!!! Back next week F it.'
