When she was spotted outside without her wedding ring rumours swirled could be set to split from her Hollywood star husband.
But Miranda Kerr's manager has spoken out to blast reports her marriage to Lord of the Rings actor Orlando Bloom was in trouble.
It comes after magazine Famous alleged she was so busy she was neglecting their relationship, despite the fact they have started a family together.
The Victoria’s Secret model's new manager Annie Kelly  told the Australian Daily Telegraph: 'There is absolutely no truth in the headline or story.'
Miss Kelly, who took control of the Miranda's business affairs recently following a switch in agency, reacted swiftly to the story, which was sparked after the Australian clotheshorse went walkabout in New York earlier this month.
And as Orlando, 35, had also been seen without his band on earlier this year, it sent gossip merchants into overdrive.
A 'friend' of the couple has told Famous magazine that the relationship 'might be in trouble.'
The source added: 'She’s not wearing her ring, and she’s had a lot on her plate - it could be that somewhere along the way her relationship with Orlando may have slipped between the cracks.'

The pair had previously seemed to have a dream relationship, with both parents taking turns at looking after their adorable 18-month-old son Flynn.

However Miranda has been increasingly spending more time in New York where she has taken on some TV projects.
She also caused a stir this week after she switched to Australian model agency newcomer IMG Models after several years with Chic Management.
The move to Miss Kelly’s The Agency Inc sees her heading in a new management direction, as she has now severed ties with her manager of six years Carlii Lyon.
